Personal artistry for meaningful portraits
Photoshoot Makeup by Regine Gerloff in Cagayan de Oro
A portrait is more than a finished photograph—it is a moment you will return to. Regine Gerloff’s personal photoshoot makeup starts with your style, the purpose of your pictures and how you want to feel in front of the camera.
For portraits, graduation pictures and prenup photographs in Cagayan de Oro, the preparation conversation considers your wardrobe, location and visual direction. A softly polished look and a more defined look call for different choices; your references help explain what feels right for you.
Makeup is one part of your session. Coordinate the preparation schedule with your photographer and confirm the exact services in your quotation. Regine’s direct artistry appointment is separate from a studio photography package or rental.

Before your shoot
Share a concise brief: the occasion, the images you are hoping to create and the wardrobe you have chosen. Include the photographer’s call time and your preparation location so the morning or afternoon can be planned clearly.
If the session includes several looks, changing locations or a separate engagement shoot, ask what the quotation covers. Touch-ups, travel, hair styling and additional appointments should be discussed rather than assumed.
Planning a wedding too? Explore the bridal makeup planning page and send both dates in your direct inquiry.
Photoshoot questions
What information helps plan photoshoot makeup?
Share your shoot date, location, makeup preparation time, photographer’s call time and the type of portraits you are planning. Include wardrobe colors, a few reference images and whether the session is indoors or outdoors. If you expect outfit changes, mention them before asking for a quotation.
How should I choose a look for my photographs?
Start with the feeling you want your pictures to convey and the clothes you will wear. References are useful conversation starters, not promises of an identical result. Talk through your preferences for eye definition, complexion finish and lip color so the look can be personalized to your features and the setting.
Is photography or studio rental included?
This page is for Regine’s personal makeup artistry. A photographer, photo studio rental and salon services are not automatically included. For those services, contact a Gerloff studio separately and confirm each provider, package and appointment in writing.
Can I inquire about makeup for prenup photographs?
Yes. Send your engagement-shoot date, venue, wardrobe direction and preparation schedule directly to Regine. If you are also planning wedding-day makeup, mention both dates. Each appointment and the services included need to be discussed and confirmed.
How should I prepare for the makeup appointment?
Ask Regine for preparation guidance appropriate to your agreed appointment. Share your makeup preferences and any product concerns in the direct conversation. Bring your reference images and allow the preparation time agreed with your artist and photographer; do not assume a fixed session length.
For photography, studio rental or studio-team appointments, use the studio affiliation contacts. Request Regine personally only through her direct contact route.
